Convenient (close to school). Friendly staff.

Overall, MDA is a nice place to live. While I have had issues with maintenance and parking, I do acknowledge that the circumstances under which I had to move in, did not allow for many of the maintenance issues to be addressed prior to move in. As well, with the end of recent construction and the announcement of changes to management/monitoring of the parking lots, I am confident that issues with the parking will be addressed. What is more important, however, is how you would weigh other aspects of the living experience, such as amenities, staff, service, professionalism, price point, etc... While price is comparable to other newer apartments in the city, MDA excels at everything else. The amenities are great and what's more, living here feels like a close-knit community as social events and gatherings are planned throughout the year to welcome residents and make them feel at home unlike any other dwelling that I've lived in the city.

I feel that living here is very secure and reliable. I am grateful for the proximity to work, public transportation, and attentive services in the building. The place is clean and it is easy to communicate with the building staff when questions arise. I think the service I have received has been excellent and professional.

Good apartment for living. Near subway and supermarket. Very convenient.

If you work or attend school in the Medical District, I would consider the Medical District Apartments. Although the lease amounts are a bit higher than other places in the area, the premium is well worth it in terms of professional building management, cleanliness of the faciliites, security, and location convenience. In addition, seasonal events and socials are held on a regular basis for residents to get to know their neighbors.

Great place to live

I love living in the Medical district apartments. The appliances and carpeting in my apartment is new or in great condition. It is such a great place to live. It is perfect distance from everything in the area. I have only had great experiences with the people that work here!

Great apartment, warm-hearted staff. On-time maintainance.

Nice, quiet, well kept building with great amenities in an ideal location. Although it is an older building with an outdated air ventillation system, the units are a nice size for the average rental price. Staff is professional and very attentive to building management and maintenance issues. Though I have only been a resident for more than 3 weeks now, I really think that I am going to like living here.

Its great so far! I can NEVER hear any neighbors. It is safe and well lit. They were extremely accomodating of my large dog. I highly recommend it for any dog owners! I gave an average rating for parking, there are small parking garages, but the parking spots are too pricey for me to use right now, maybe in the winter time. I only gave a good on construction quailty due to the air conditioning. Despite having my air conditioning on high constantly, I can never get it colder than about 74 degrees in my apartment. I prefer a frosty 67-69 degrees, especially while sleeping. I am frequently sweating while just sitting and watching tv. Otherwise everything has been great!!
